Every booking at Hairdo by Neo includes a short consultation so we can tailor the service to you. Here is what you can expect:
Most appointments run in 30–60 minute blocks depending on the service — arrive a little early to settle in.
We discuss your goals, texture, and any previous colour or treatments before we begin.
Your slot is locked when you book. If someone else just took it, we will ask you to choose another time.
Leave with tips and product advice so your style lasts as long as possible.
P100 for style only, or P200 if we're supplying the hair. Both are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is paid on your appointment date, by cash or Orange Money.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointed date and time.
Please arrive with blow-dried hair. Hair length should be above your pinky finger.
These are pre-made locs, so please choose a colour that matches your hair (e.g. colour 27 for blonde) — and let us know if your hair is highlighted a different colour.
A P25 charge applies for every 15 minutes late. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will cancel your appointment.
